Founder & Director


Rustica is a learning designer, edupreneur, facilitator and founder of Bloom Learning (2012). She is also co-founder of the first New Zealand Green School (2016). She designs learning experiences and spaces which are engaging, affirming, empowering and inspiring.
Rustica travels and searches the world for the best people, tools and technology and brings them to New Zealand so that we can all share in the latest trends that make our world and workplaces a better place to be.

NICKI TURNBULL

General Manager


Nicki is responsible for the day-to-day running of Bloom Learning. and ensures that everything (and everyone!) is in order. She is also in charge of our Events schedule including eLearnz conference and eLab.
Nicki is a grounded positive manager who leads with an empathetic style and can always be counted on to ‘go the extra mile with a smile’.

GARRY BUTLER

Business Development Manager


Garry’s key role is to develop lasting relationships with our clients and to raise brand awareness of Docebo in New Zealand.
He is pivotal in the sales process ensuring everything runs smoothly from needs assessments and demonstrations through to implementations. Our clients value his expert advice.

MARION LITTIN

Learning Designer


Marion is an experienced educator with a tremendous breadth of experience working with learners of all ages. She has unique insight into the learning needs of the newest members of the workforce as she worked in Primary education for many years, specialising in digital learning.
Marion has developed engaging, relevant, and purpose-built learning experiences in schools in response to their identified learning needs in order to meet the requirements of the New Zealand Curriculum and is bringing this skill set into designing high quality, effective learning for adults. In her teaching career she designed a wide variety of assessments and is excited to be our in-house Training Arcade expert.

LYNLEE WILSON

Resourcing Manager


Lynley is our resourcing guru with over 25 years recruiting experience. Her knowledge of the NZ marketplace is extensive which creates huge value for both our candidates and clients assignments.
Lynlee is a Registered Organisational Psychologist and also trains Organisations in recruitment skills for Managers. She has a very pragmatic approach and is results orientated focusing on the outcomes that need to be achieved through people in Organisations.

LINDA MUHIR

Editor and Proofreader


Linda has been devouring books from an early age. She’s a natural proofreader and a bit of a wordsmith.
She loves marketing, sales and human psychology. Compelled by her interest in alternative health Linda co-founded a juicing business with her partner. She is a Mother of two young adults, 1 cat and two chickens. Her passions are spending at least an hour every day wrapped up in the joy of the written word and to inspire business owners to look at new ways of how they share their message, so that more lives are touched and purposes fulfilled.

Our main Developer is a large professional organisation with over 90 staff. They have a deep understanding of instructional design and multimedia technology enabling them to create training that addresses critical business problems in an engaging and effective manner.
